Abode of Lord Shiva, Mount Kailash!! Indian territory will make Mount Kailash view point accessible starting September this year. KMVN Huts in Nabhidhang of Pithoragarh to Lipulekh pass of India China border are being removed to make the passage by Border Roads Organization.
Vimal Goswami, Chief Engineer of BRO Diamond Project happily stated that the men at work are working really hard to complete the work by September. The six and half kilometers long road will be from KMVN huts to Lipulekha Pass to reach the view point. Mr. Goswami added further that due to Covid pandemic, Kailash-Mansarovar yatra was put on hold and is not resumed yet. Now, devotees would be able to access Mount Kailash from this alternative path starting September if weather will be in favorable condition. The development and handling of Kailash View Point was given to Hirak Projects.
